Yes! Every item we sell is 100% gluten-free, developed using custom flour blends and professional baking methods to achieve artisan texture without wheat.

Are your breads handmade?

Absolutely. Every loaf, roll, and focaccia is handmade in small batches for quality, consistency, and exceptional flavor.

Do your breads freeze well?

Yes! All of our breads freezer beautifully. We recommend slicing loaves before freezing for easy, grab-and-toast convenience.

How long does the bread stay fresh?

Our breads stay fresh at room temperature for 2–3 days. For longer storage, refrigerate for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.

Do you use dairy, eggs, or other allergens?

Some items include dairy or egg; others are fully vegan. Each product includes a complete ingredient list and allergen note so you can choose what fits your needs.

Do your breads contain preservatives?

No. Our breads are free from artificial preservatives, which is why we recommend freezing anything you won’t eat within a few days.

Where do you ship or deliver?

We currently do not offer shipping or delivery, but we provide designated pickup locations. Our main pickup location is in Federal Way, and we will soon offer additional pickup spots in Seattle and Bellevue (locations to be determined).
