Ordering & Preorders

We are a preorder-only bakery. Orders are placed online in advance, then baked fresh in small batches on scheduled bake days. You'll select your pickup location, date, and time during checkout.

Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance of your pickup date.

No. Because all bread is made to order, we're unable to accommodate same-day orders. Preordering ensures your bread is baked fresh specifically for you.

Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once the preorder cutoff has passed, as ingredients and production are planned in advance. If you need assistance before the cutoff, please reach out as soon as possible.

Yes, we offer recurring orders on select items. You can set up a subscription for weekly, every two weeks, or every four weeks.

Yes. You’ll receive an email three days before your scheduled pickup, giving you the option to adjust, reschedule, or cancel your upcoming order.
Pickup & Locations

All orders are available for local pickup only. Pickup locations are in Federal Way and Seattle, depending on the bake schedule you select at checkout. Seattle pickup location will be launching in early spring.

Federal Way pickups are available on Fridays, Sundays, and Mondays.

Seattle pickup is available on the first Saturday of each month only.

You’ll choose your pickup location, date, and time during checkout. Available options will be shown based on the current bake schedule.

Yes. Someone else may pick up your order on your behalf. Please make sure they have your order name or confirmation information at pickup.

Please arrive during your selected pickup window. If you’re running late, contact us as soon as possible. Because our breads are made fresh to order, missed pickups may not be guaranteed and may be forfeited.
Freshness, Storage & Freezing

Yes. All of our breads are baked fresh to order in small batches for your scheduled pickup.

Because our breads are preservative-free, freshness varies by product and how it’s stored. We recommend enjoying it fresh or freezing for best results.

For short-term storage, keep bread sealed and refrigerated. For longer storage, freezing is recommended to maintain texture and freshness.

Yes. Our breads freeze very well and freezing is the best way to extend freshness.

We recommend slicing before freezing so you can easily remove individual pieces as needed without thawing the entire loaf.

Payments, Rewards & Accounts

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods offered through our secure checkout. Available options will be shown at checkout.

Yes. We offer a rewards program called the Bread Club, which allows you to earn points on every purchase.

You earn 3 points for every $1 spent. Once you reach 100 points, you can redeem them for $5 off a future order. Points are applied automatically to your account when you’re logged in.
Refunds & Policies

Because all of our breads are made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds or cancellations after the preorder cutoff. If you need to make changes before the cutoff (24-hours before pickup), please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders are not guaranteed to be transferable once the preorder cutoff has passed. If you need to request a change before the cutoff, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
