Frequently asked questions

How should I store my gluten-free bread?

Because we bake without preservatives, our breads stay freshest when stored like traditional artisan loaves. Keep your bread at room temperature in a bread bag, bread box, or wrapped in a clean kitchen towel for 1–2 days.

Avoid the refrigerator — it dries out gluten-free bread quickly.
For anything beyond a couple of days, freezing is the best option to preserve moisture, texture, and flavor.

Can I freeze your bread?

Yes — all products freeze very well.

For best results:

  1. Let the bread cool completely.
  2. Slice (if applicable) for easy use later.
  3. Wrap tightly in plastic, then place in a freezer-safe bag or airtight container.
  4. Freeze for up to 3 months.

To prevent moisture loss and sticking, flash freezing individual pieces for 1–2 hours before bagging is recommended.

How do I thaw and reheat your breads?

All of our breads freeze beautifully, and reheating brings them right back to a fresh-baked texture.

To thaw:
You can thaw at room temperature for 30–60 minutes, or skip thawing altogether and reheat straight from frozen.

To reheat:

  • Loaves (sandwich, artisan, French): Warm at 350°F for 8–12 minutes, or toast individual slices.
  • Baguettes: Heat at 375°F for 8–10 minutes for a crisp crust.
  • Dinner rolls: Reheat at 350°F for 6–8 minutes; brush with butter for extra softness.
  • Focaccia: Bake at 400°F for 6–8 minutes to restore crispy edges.

A quick warm-up always improves texture — especially for gluten-free bread.

How long does your bread stay fresh?

Our breads are made fresh, in small batches, and without preservatives, so they behave more like true artisan bread. That means they’re best enjoyed the day they’re baked.

When stored properly at room temperature, most loaves will stay fresh for 2–3 days, though texture naturally changes over time. A quick warm-up in the oven or toaster brings them right back to life.

For longer storage, we always recommend freezing, since gluten-free bread freezes beautifully and reheats even better.

Are your products gluten-free?

Absolutely — every product is formulated, prepared, and baked in a 100% gluten-free environment using carefully tested ingredients.

Do your products contain dairy, eggs, or other allergens?

Each product page lists all ingredients. Some items include eggs or dairy, while others are naturally dairy-free or egg-free.

Do you ship your bread?

Because of our cottage food licensing, shipping is not allowed. We are pickup only at this time.

You can currently pick up orders in Federal Way, and we’ll be adding designated pickup spots in Seattle and Bellevue soon.

How do I order?

We are a pre-order only bakery. Simply place your order online, choose your preferred pickup day, and we’ll bake your bread fresh for you.

Pickups are available on Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday between 12pm–6pm.
